The Palatine Chapel is the royal chapel of the Norman kings of Kingdom of Sicily situated on the first floor at the center of the Norman Palace in Palermo. The chapel is a great symbol of multi-cultural cooperation. Craftsmen of three different religious traditions worked alongside each other. The madonna below Christ Pantocrator is an addition from the 18th century. Originally there was a window there. The Palatine Chapel, consecrated on Palm Sunday, 28 April, 1140, is inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The mosaics in the Palatine Chapel were probably made by the same craftsmen that made the mosaics in the Martorana and the central apse of the Cathedral in Cefalù. In dem spektakulären Tal der Tempel findet jedes Jahr diese Veranstaltung statt, die im Lauf der Zeit immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen hat, so dass inzwischen auch internationale Gruppen an einem Fest teilnehmen, das entstanden ist, um alte Traditionen wiederzubeleben /DMC Sizilien incentives, Agrigento . DMC Sicile incentive: CARNAVAL en Italie est toujours une période de liesses populaires. Les fêtes se déroulent de façon différentes, selon les région. Il existe de nombreux Carnavals en Italie. Celui de Venise, bien sûr, est l’un des plus célèbres. Mais il existe également des carnavals trés différents, tous magnifiques, spectaculaires et plongeant leurs racines dans les coutumes ancestrales. Parmi les plus beaux carnavals de la Sicile, nous retrouvons notamment le Carnaval d’Acireale, une magnifique petite ville baroque riche en monuments de grand intérêt, située dans la province de Catane.
