The service was created from his recognition (as an Incentive and conference Organiser for over 10 years) of the need for a new type of representation service, which he based on impartial advice and carefully researched programmes. DESTINATION SICILY is now a leader in the Sicily DMC market and is respected by both clients and competitors alike.

After graduating from Catania University in 2000 with a BA in Tourism Management and completing a work placement in Marketing at a local visitor attraction, Sandro worked for a venue finding company before joining DESTINATION SICILY in 2007. He is involved in all aspects of the company, including enquiry follow-ups, destination write-ups, co-ordinating workshops and assisting with Inspection Trips
